A few years ago, I was on the traditional "Bridal Diet" before our wedding. My workout partner introduced this perfect smoothie to me. It is so simple and gives you loads of energy! After having one of these for breakfast you'll be ready to conquer the world. You can add other things like peanut butter, chia seeds or flax if you want an extra filler! - Hand full of strawberries (4-5)
- 2 cups of orange juice
- 3 cups packed baby spinach
- 2 cups ice
- 1/2 cup of non-fat greek yogurt
Blend well and serve!
