Three Favorite Smoothies

After all the Mardi Gras and Valentine sweets it's time for a few healthy recipes!  I've experimented with different mixtures over the years, and these are the ones that stuck. Here's to adding some good food into our diets! Enjoy a few of my favorite smoothies.

Blueberry Honey Smoothie

  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup of Blueberries
  • ½ tablespoon of Honey
  • ½ Cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 Cup of Ice

Blend well, and feel free to add more of an ingredient you like.

 

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

  • 2 Large Bananas
  • 1 Cup of Strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 Cup of Ice
  • ½ Cup of Orange Juice

Blend well, and feel free to add more O.J. or other berries if needed.

 

Spinach Smoothie

  • 2 Cups of Baby Spinach
  • 1 Large Banana
  • 1 Cup of Ice
  • ½ Cup of Orange Juice
  • ½ Cup of Greek Yogurt

Blend well, and like the others adjust how you see fit. All produce is different.
